The Story:
This song was written in my very short time living in California. It was not inspired by a specific event or life experience; I had sent an intention to compose something gentle, like tiptoeing into the night.

This piece was written sequentially, note by note, part by part; its creation was an evolution in every sense of the word. This was the first piece I wrote in this manner, and because it stretched my craft quite a bit, I remember taking breaks between each part, and leaving it alone for a few days at a time, so the next part was very organically created. It is really a very beautiful piece. Again, simple, but touching. I feel it in my soul every time I play.

It has been untitled for well over two years, so I’ve started taking title requests at my shows. It’s about time it has a name…
