The City Of Sault Ste Marie brings “Doors Open”, an initiative that invites heritage buildings to remain open to the public for a full day, to Sault Ste Marie. Vanessa is happy to champion local initiatives, especially those that support Indigenous knowledge. This year, Vanessa supported the Doors Open campaign at Shingwauk Kinoomaage Gamig, an Indigenous higher learning institute.
